Client Support

If you are an existing client with an open case, please complete this form for support on your case. Client support is provided exclusively online through our support ticket system to ensure confidentiality of your information.
  • Support tickets are answered in the order they are received. We will do our best to respond to your question within 24 hours during regular work hours. Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM MST.
