Principe
- Utilizes silica column purification method.
- L'échantillon est lysé et digéré avec du lysat et de la protéase, releasing DNA into the lysate.
- Lysate is transferred to an adsorption column.
- L'acide nucléique est adsorbé sur la membrane, while protein is not adsorbed and is removed through filtration.
- Proteins and other impurities are washed away.
- Nucleic acid is finally eluted with low-salt buffer (10mmTris, pH 9.0, 0.5mmEDTA).

Stockage et stabilité
- Proteinase K and RNase A should be stored at 2-8°C upon arrival.
