Principe
- Utilizes silica column purification method.
- L'échantillon est lysé et digéré avec du lysat et de la protéase, releasing DNA into the lysate.
- Lysate is transferred to an adsorption column.
- L'acide nucléique est adsorbé sur la membrane, while protein is not adsorbed and removed through filtration.
- Proteins and impurities are washed away.
- Nucleic acid is finally eluted with low-salt buffer (10mmTris, pH 9.0, 0.5mmEDTA).

Stockage et stabilité
- Proteinase K should initially be stored at 2-8°C upon arrival.
- Short-term storage at room temperature (15-25°C) pour jusqu'à 12 weeks does not affect its performance.
- Les composants restants du kit peuvent être conservés à température ambiante (15-25°C) and remain stable for at least 18 mois.
- Alternativement, the entire kit can be stored at 2-8°C, but buffers should be redissolved before use.
- Ensure all buffers are at room temperature when used.
