Principe

Product Purification Method:

   • PCR amplicons are mixed with MagPure A3.
   • DNA fragments of 100bp and larger bind to magnetic beads.
3. Contaminant Removal:

4. DNA Elution:
   • Purified DNA is eluted using Elution Buffer or Water.

Stockage et stabilité

Storage and Handling Instructions:

1. Conditions de stockage:
   • Store MagPure A3 at 2-8°C upon arrival.
   • Stable for up to 18 mois dans ces conditions.
2. Short-term Storage:
   • Short-term storage (jusqu'à 12 semaines) à température ambiante (15-25°C) does not affect performance.
3. Reagent Preparation:
   • Shake the reagent well before use to ensure homogeneity.
   • The reagent should appear homogenous and consistent.
