Principe
Product Purification Method:
- High Binding Magnetic Particle Method:
- Utilizes high binding magnetic particles for purification.
- PCR Amplicon Binding:
- PCR amplicons are mixed with MagPure A3.
- DNA fragments of 100bp and larger bind to magnetic beads.
- Contaminant Removal:
- Excess primers, nucleotides, salts, and enzymes are removed via a simple washing procedure.
- DNA Elution:
- Purified DNA is eluted using Elution Buffer or Water.

Storage and Handling Instructions:

- Store MagPure A3 at 2-8°C upon arrival.
- Stable for up to 18 mois dans ces conditions.
- Short-term Storage:
- Short-term storage (jusqu'à 12 semaines) à température ambiante (15-25°C) does not affect performance.
- Reagent Preparation:
- Shake the reagent well before use to ensure homogeneity.
- The reagent should appear homogenous and consistent.
