The Feline FPV/FHV/FCV Ab test is a quantitative fluorescence immunoassay used with an Immunofluorescence Analyzer. It determines the concentration of antibodies to feline panleukopenia virus (FPV), feline herpesvirus (FHV), and feline calicivirus (FCV) in serum or plasma samples.

PRINCIP ISPITIVANJA

ČUVANJE I STABILNOST
- Čuvajte test kit na 4～30 ℃ do datuma isteka.
- Test bi trebao raditi na 18 ~ 28 ℃ nakon otvaranja ispitnog uređaja.
- Nakon što se vrećica otvori, test treba izvesti unutar 30 minuta.
UZIMANJE I PRIPREMA UZORAKA
Test se može izvesti sa serum ili plazma.
- Odvojite serum ili plazmu (Preporučuje se EDTA antikoagulant) od krvi iznutra 3 sati nakon uzimanja krvi. Ako se čini da je uzorak ozbiljno hemoliziran, treba nabaviti i ispitati drugi uzorak.
- Optimalno, test treba provesti odmah nakon uzimanja uzorka. Ako se ispitivanje ne može provesti unutar 3 sati nakon uzimanja krvi, store the specimen at 2～8℃ for no duže od 72 sati. Za dugotrajno skladištenje, uzorci će biti držati ispod -20 ℃.

POSTUPAK ISPITIVANJA
Preparation:
- Postavite testni uređaj na čisto, vodoravni stol na razini.
- Insert the ID Chip into the meter and click “Read ID chip.” Make sure the Test Device lot number matches the ID Chip number.
Priprema uzorka:
- Pipeta 20 μl of prepared sample into FPV/FHV/FCV Ab Sample Buffer.
- Gently mix well. Avoid vigorous agitation and foaming.
Run the Test:
- Choose between Standard Test (a) or Quick Test (b).
(a) Standardni test: * Pipeta 100 μl of mixed sample into the sample well (S) of the FPV-Ab Test Device. * Klik “Standardni test,” insert the FPV-Ab Test Device into the meter holder, i kliknite “Start Test.” Select sample type “Serum/Plasma.” The meter will countdown and read the result automatically. * Repeat for FHV-Ab and FCV-Ab Test Devices, clicking “Započni test” for each after inserting them into the holder.
(b) Brzi test: * Pipeta 100 μl of mixed sample into the sample well (S) of the FPV-Ab Test Device. * Klik “Brzi test,” start the timer immediately. * Leave the FPV-Ab Test Device at room temperature (18°C – 28°C) za 10 minuta. * Insert the FPV-Ab Test Device into the meter holder and click “Start Test.” Select sample type “Serum/Plasma.” Instrument će automatski skenirati uređaj za testiranje i prikazati rezultat testa. * Repeat for FHV-Ab and FCV-Ab Test Devices, inserting them in turn and clicking “Započni test” for each.
