Solarbio ELISA Coating Buffer 10×

This product is a 10x concentrated stock solution. Before use, dilute it 10x with deionized water to obtain a ready-to-use working solution with a pH of 9.6. This working solution is used for coating antigens or antibodies on ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) plates.

Upute za uporabu

1. Dilute the antigen or antibody solution to the appropriate coating concentration with an appropriate amount of coating buffer.
2. Dodati 100 μL of the diluted solution to each well of an ELISA plate.
3. Incubate overnight at 4°C.
