Prinsip
The Kit can be used for both manual extraction processes and automatic nucleic acid extraction machines. This Kit is suitable for extracting RNA from ≤5×106 cells suspension, 200-300µl whole blood, 200µl buffy coat, 100µl bone marrow. This product is based on the purification method of high-binding magnetic particles. Sampel dilisiskan dan dicerna di bawah aksi lisat dan Protease. RNA/DNA is released into the lysate. Penyimpanan dan Stabilitas
MagPure RNA Particles and Proteinase K should be stored at 2–8°C upon arrival. DNase I should be stored at -20°C. Namun, penyimpanan jangka pendek (DNase I up to 1 week, MagPure RNA Particles and Proteinase K up to 8 minggu) pada suhu kamar (15–25°C) tidak mempengaruhi kinerja mereka. The remaining kit components can be stored at room temperature (15–25°C) dan setidaknya stabil 18 bulan dalam kondisi ini.
