This product is suitable for extracting total pathogen RNA from biological samples with no/low cell content such as body fluid, serum, plasma, soaking solution, supernatan homogenat jaringan, culture medium supernatant, dll.. The purified RNA can be used for clinical in vitro detection.
It is special designed for Pathogen Ekstraksi RNA from Sputum samples, can be used in tuberculosis (TB) deteksi.

Prinsip
Produk ini didasarkan pada metode pemurnian partikel magnetik berikatan tinggi. Sampel dilisiskan dan dicerna di bawah aksi lisat dan Protease. Setelah menambahkan partikel magnetik dan larutan pengikat, DNA/RNA akan teradsorpsi pada permukaan partikel magnet, dan kotoran seperti protein akan dihilangkan tanpa adsorpsi. Partikel yang teradsorpsi dicuci dengan larutan pencuci untuk menghilangkan protein dan pengotor, dicuci dengan etanol untuk menghilangkan garam, and finally DNA/RNA was eluted by Buffer NFW.

Penyimpanan dan Stabilitas
MagPure Particles and Proteinase K, DNase I should be stored at 2–8°C upon arrival. Namun, penyimpanan jangka pendek (hingga 2 minggu) pada suhu kamar (15–25°C) tidak mempengaruhi kinerja mereka. The remaining kit components can be stored at room temperature (15–25°C) and are stable for 18 bulan dalam kondisi ini.
