MagPure Seed DNA Kit supplies a simple and rapid extraction of genomic DNA from different plant pieces and seed. This kit is based on superparamagnetic particles purification technology, no phenol-chloroform extraction or alcohol precipitation. The whole extraction only takes 60 menit. This kit can be used on different automatic extraction machines like KingFisher ML, KingFisher Flex and KingFisher Duo. Purified DNA can be used directly for PCR, quantitative PCR, southern blot, hybridizationand transgenosis detection.

Prinsip
This product is based on the purification method of high binding magnetic particles. The sample is lysed and digested under the action of lysate and Protease. DNA is released into the lysate. After adding magnetic particles and binding solution, DNA will be adsorbed on the surface of magnetic particles, and impurities such as proteins will be removed without adsorption. The adsorbed particles were washed with washing solution to remove proteins and impurities, washed with ethanol to remove salts, and finally DNA was eluted by Elution Buffer.

Penyimpanan dan Stabilitas
MagPure Particles should be stored at 2-8°C upon arrival. Namun, penyimpanan jangka pendek (hingga 24 minggu) pada suhu kamar (15-25°C) tidak mempengaruhi kinerja mereka. Komponen kit lainnya dapat disimpan kering pada suhu kamar (15-25°C) dan setidaknya stabil 18 bulan dalam kondisi ini.
