This product is a 10x concentrated stock solution. Prima dell'uso, dilute it 10x with deionized water to obtain a ready-to-use working solution with a pH of 9.6. This working solution is used for coating antigens or antibodies on ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) piatti.
Istruzioni per l'uso
- Dilute the antigen or antibody solution to the appropriate coating concentration with an appropriate amount of coating buffer.
- Aggiungere 100 μL of the diluted solution to each well of an ELISA plate.
- Incubate overnight at 4°C.
