原理

• Utilizes silica column purification method.
• Sample is lysed and digested with lysate and protease, releasing DNA into the lysate.
• Lysate is transferred to an adsorption column.
• Nucleic acid is adsorbed on the membrane, while protein is not adsorbed and is removed with filtration.
• Proteins and other impurities are washed away.
• Nucleic acid is finally eluted with low-salt buffer (10mmトリス, pH 9.0, 0.5mm EDTA).
