HiPure FFPE RNA Kit supplies a simple and rapid RNA extraction for Formalin-fixed, 파라핀이 내장된 (FFPE) tissue and sections samples. 원칙
This product is based on silica column purification. Remove paraffin by Buffer DPS. Sample lysis with proteinase K digestion requires only 15 분. After lysis, samples are incubated at 80ºC for 15 분. Transfer to an adsorption column and RNA is adsorbed on the membrane, 단백질은 흡착되지 않고 여과로 제거됩니다. 단백질 및 기타 불순물을 세척한 후, RNA was finally eluted with low-salt buffer.

보관 및 안정성
