HiPure Insect DNA Kits provides a simple and rapid solution for total DNA extraction of insect tissue samples. This kit is based on silica gel column purification technology without toxic phenol chloroform extraction and time-consuming alcohol precipitation. The whole extraction process only takes 30 분. Principles
This product is based on silica column purification. 샘플은 용해물과 프로테아제로 용해되고 소화됩니다., DNA가 용해물로 방출됩니다.. 흡착탑으로 옮김. 핵산이 막에 흡착됨, 단백질은 흡착되지 않고 여과로 제거됩니다. 단백질 및 기타 불순물을 세척한 후, 최종적으로 저염 완충액으로 핵산을 용출시켰습니다. (10mm 트리스, pH9.0, 0.5mm EDTA).

보관 및 안정성
Proteinase K는 도착 시 2~8°C에서 보관해야 합니다.. 하지만, 단기 보관 (까지 12 주) 실온에서 (15-25℃) 성능에 영향을 미치지 않습니다. 나머지 키트 구성품은 실온에서 보관 가능 (15-25℃) 그리고 적어도 안정적이다 18 이런 조건에서 몇 달 동안. 전체 키트는 2~8°C에서 보관 가능, but in thiscase buffers should be redissolved before use. Make sure that all buffers areat room temperature when used.
