MagPure Plant DNA Kit supplies a simple and rapid extraction of genomic DNA from different plant pieces and tissues.The kit is based on superparamagnetic particles purification technology, no phenol-chloroform extraction or alcohol precipitation. 원칙
This product is based on the purification method of high binding magnetic particles. The sample is lysed and digested under the action of lysate and Protease. DNA가 용해물로 방출됩니다.. 보관 및 안정성
