DNA Testing Experts has a strict privacy policy to protect our client’s privacy and confidentiality.

Thirty (30) days after results are electronically delivered, all information concerning a case is removed from our system.

We do not store your credit card information so there is nothing to breach.

We will not disclose information to anyone other than the purchasing party, an affiliate laboratory or private specimen collector. DNA Testing Experts does not sell information to other companies or organizations under any circumstances. We collect only the information you provide to use and use the information you enter on our website, provide by telephone or include by email strictly to provide you with the services you request in the manner in which you request them.

Every appropriate step will be taken to make certain the personal information in our records is accurate. Appropriate physical, technical and organizational measures will be undertaken to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration and destruction.

We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with our Terms and Conditions of Use and other agreements to protect the rights, financial or other interest, property, reputation or safety of DNA Testing Experts. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection. DNA Testing Experts uses the most advanced technology available to protect you and your financial transactions.

DNA Testing Experts does not provide your DNA profiles to any government database for research or other use. We do not provide information from the DNA testing that is performed that can be used by companies performing “ancestry” testing services which could result in the identification of individuals who may or may not be related to you.
