Principle
- This product utilizes high-binding magnetic particles for purification.
- Samples are lysed and digested using a lysate and Lysozyme.
- DNA is released into the lysate during this process.
- Magnetic particles and binding solution are added, allowing DNA to be adsorbed onto the surface of the particles while impurities such as proteins are not adsorbed.
- The adsorbed particles undergo washing with a washing solution to remove proteins and impurities.
- Ethanol is used for further washing to remove salts.
- Finally, DNA is eluted using Elution Buffer.
Advantages
- Fast: Multiple samples can be extracted within 60 minutes (after digestion), making the process time-efficient.
- High purity: Unique adsorbents ensure the complete removal of inhibitory factors, resulting in high-purity DNA extraction.
- High recovery: DNA can be recovered at the level of picograms (PG), indicating a high level of efficiency in the extraction process.

Storage and Stability
- MagPure Particles, Lysozyme, and Proteinase K should be stored at 2-8°C upon arrival.
- Short-term storage (up to 12 weeks) at room temperature (15-25°C) does not affect their performance.
- The remaining kit components can be stored dry at room temperature (15-25°C) and remain stable for at least 18 months under these conditions.
