• Pure DNA Polymerase with a molecular weight of 94 КД.
• Possesses 5′-3′ DNA polymerase and 5′-3′ exonuclease activity, but lacks 3′-5′ exonuclease activity.
• Contains 10x ПЦР Buffer for direct loading, enhancing experimental efficiency.
• Extension speed of 1-2 kb/min.
• DNA template has A at the 3′ конец, facilitating direct cloning with TA vector.
