HiPure FFPE RNA Kit supplies a simple and rapid RNA萃取 for Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue and sections samples. This kit is based on silica gel column purification technology, no phenol-chloroform extraction or alcohol precipitation. The whole extraction only takes 30 分分鐘 (not including digestion time). RNA can be directly used for downstream applications such as RT-聚合酶鍊式反應, Northern blot, vitro translation and other experiments.

This product is based on silica column purification. Remove paraffin by Buffer DPS. Sample lysis withproteinase K digestion requires only 15 分分鐘. After lysis, samples are incubated at 80ºC for 15 分分鐘. Transfer to an adsorption column and RNA is adsorbed on the membrane, 而蛋白質不被吸附並透過過濾去除. 洗滌蛋白質及其他雜質後, RNA wasfinally eluted with low-salt buffer.

儲存和穩定性

Proteinase K should be stored at 2–8°C upon arrival. DNase I should be stored at -20°C. 然而, 短期儲存 (DNase I up to 1 週, Proteinase K up to 8 週) 在室溫下(15–25°C) 不影響他們的表現. The remaining kit components can be stored at roomtemperature (15–25°C) 並且至少穩定 18 在這些條件下幾個月.
