原則
- Utilizes silica column purification method.
- 用裂解物和蛋白酶裂解和消化樣品, releasing DNA into the lysate.
- Lysate is transferred to an adsorption column.

- Proteins and impurities are washed away.

儲存和穩定性
- Proteinase K should initially be stored at 2-8°C upon arrival.
- Short-term storage at room temperature (15-25℃) 最多為 12 weeks does not affect its performance.
