原則
The Kit can be used for both manual extraction processes and automatic nucleic acid extraction machines. This Kit is suitable for extracting RNA from ≤5×106 cells suspension, 200-300µl whole blood, 200µl buffy coat, 100µl bone marrow. 儲存和穩定性
