MagPure Circulating DNA Mini Kit is designed for purification of high quality circulating DNA (遊離DNA) fromcell-free body fluids (such as plasma, 血清). The purified DNA is suitable for direct use in downstream applications such as 聚合酶鍊式反應, real-time PCR, biochip analysis and NGS.

原則
本產品以高結合磁性顆粒的純化方法. The sample is lysed and digested under the action of lysate and protease. DNA 釋放到裂解液中. 加入磁性顆粒和結合溶液後, DNA will be adsorbed on the surface of magnetic particles, 蛋白質等雜質不會被吸附而被去除. 吸附的顆粒用洗滌液洗滌，除去蛋白質和雜質, 用乙醇洗滌以除去鹽, and finally DNA was eluted by elution buffer.

儲存和穩定性
蛋白酶K, Carrier RNA and MagPure Particles G should be stored at 2–8°C upon arrival. 然而, 短期儲存 (取決於 12 週) 在室溫下 (15–25°C) 不影響他們的表現.
