原則
- Utilizes high-binding magnetic particles for purification, ensuring efficient DNA isolation.
- The sample undergoes lysis and digestion facilitated by lysate and Protease, 將 DNA 釋放到溶液中.
- Magnetic particles and binding solution are introduced, causing DNA to adhere to particle surfaces while impurities such as proteins are left unbound.
