原則
本產品以高結合磁性顆粒的純化方法. 樣品在裂解液和蛋白酶的作用下裂解消化. DNA 釋放到裂解液中. 加入磁性顆粒和結合溶液後, DNA will be adsorbed on the surface of magnetic particles, 蛋白質等雜質不會被吸附而被去除. 吸附的顆粒用洗滌液洗滌，除去蛋白質和雜質, 用乙醇洗滌以除去鹽, and finally DNA was eluted by Elution Buffer.

儲存和穩定性
