MagPure Plant DNA Kit supplies a simple and rapid extraction of genomic DNA from different plant pieces and tissues.The kit is based on superparamagnetic particles purification technology, no phenol-chloroform extraction or alcohol precipitation. 原則
本產品以高結合磁性顆粒的純化方法. 樣品在裂解液和蛋白酶的作用下裂解消化. DNA 釋放到裂解液中. 加入磁性顆粒和結合溶液後, DNA will be adsorbed on the surface of magnetic particles, 蛋白質等雜質不會被吸附而被去除. 吸附的顆粒用洗滌液洗滌，除去蛋白質和雜質, washed with ethanol toremove salts, and finally DNA was eluted by Elution Buffer.
